BVTEX brings together the strengths of BV MEMBRANES, the exclusive partners of SATTLER PROTEX (a globally renowned manufacturer of composite fabrics and a pioneer in biogas applications), and CTEX Solutions GMBH, a leading Austrian company with over 15 years of experience in providing biogas storage solutions
BVTEX leverages the extensive expertise and knowledge of CTEX headquartered in Austria. The skills of the team-members of CTEX have successfully contributed to 500+ installations of gasholders worldwide so far. Their deep experience encompasses the design, engineering and installation of biogas roofing and storage systems. Based on this cooperation, BVTEX’ impressive portfolio includes both single and double membrane digester mounted gasholder solutions, with diameters up to 50 meters and operating pressures of up to 50 mbar. In addition, the scope of product includes external, ground mounted gas storage systems up to large-scale projects with capacity of up 10.000m3.

Coated fabrics → Composite Materials
Fabric: the base fabric inside is providing most of the strength and mechanical properties
Coating: PVC is keeping together the fabric, protecting it and adding to the mechanical properties.
